There are many things I can say about the high quality of service I provide to my home seller and home buyer clients, but probably none would be as credible as testimonials from some of my recent clients themselves.
So please take a moment to read the following testimonials. I hope they indicate my experience and integrity, as well as make it clear how much I enjoy helping people with their real estate needs.
Megan Campbell was my Realtor in my move into a townhouse in Wheeling in August of 2005. As I had previously owned homes, and not a townhouse, I really needed her assistance in providing me with all 'townhouse specific' information that I may have been unaware of prior to this move. Megan provided me with many options, included specific information that was important to me, concerning school locations, back yard play areas, and other options specific to my needs. Even though we found a place right away, she eased my fears by providing me with other options, which helped secure my feeling that I had made the correct choice. She also worked closely with my attorney and gave me insights and referrals regarding Appraisers and financing. Since I needed to close within 3 weeks of making an offer, the entire sales process needed to be expedited. Megan was there to get it done, to keep me sane, and to complete all of the necessary paperwork with a quick, accurate turnaround. While this process is usually quite stressful, I always felt calmed by Megan's expertise and input - she as always there to make this an easy and enjoyable time in my life. I would be glad to speak to anyone regarding the great service that I received and would welcome the opportunity to refer her to anyone looking for a new property.

We had lived in our old house in Arlington Heights for almost 25 years and when we decided to move, we called Megan. She listened to what we wanted in a new house and what we could afford. She showed us about 6 houses before we put in an offer on a house in North Arlington.
We put our old house up with Picket Fence within days of our offer on the new house. Megan had an open house the following Sunday and created the most beautiful brochure to hand out which showcased the house. Recently my wife and I bought a home in Mount Prospect, with help from Picket Fence Realty and in particular, Megan Campbell. We have moved multiple times in the last few years, and have worked with (or attempted to work with) over a half dozen realtors. We have never had as positive an experience as we did working with Megan.
Prior to meeting Megan my wife and I had wondered if we would find a good realtor. We had gone threw three other realtors in a matter of two weeks. They didn’t return phone calls, tried to get us to adjust our price limit, and didn’t listen to what we wanted. Frustrated beyond belief, we tried to navigate the market without a realtor. We quickly realized we did not have the time or patience to do so. Driving thru the Mount Prospect area on a Sunday afternoon we passed Picket Fence Realty. At my wifes suggestion we stopped in to see if they had any listings matching our criteria, and met Megan. Within 30 minutes of meeting Megan that first time we were on our way to look at three properties. Within the next 10 days we looked at almost 20 additional properties. Two days later, 12 days after meeting Megan, our offer was accepted on our dream home.
Megan was available at any time for us to view homes or ask questions. If we left her a message or sent her an email she always responded immediately. When we had doubts or concerns about a property she was understanding and forthright. If we were excited about a property, she would be sure to point out what did and didn’t match our criteria. Overall, she made a process that can be difficult and confusing easy to understand and enjoyable.
From beginning to end, Megan provided us with excellent guidance in finding our new home. We feel lucky to have found her, because without her help we would not be living in Mount Prospect today. Thank you Megan!

My husband and I were in a dire predicament when we found Megan Campbell at Picket Fence Realty. We were using another realty company and had already moved out of town and had nothing happening on our house in Mount Prospect. Tired of the inactivity, we checked the Picket Fence website, read testimonials and chose Megan to be our new real estate representative. Things began happening immediately and we felt so comfortable knowing she was working for us. After 5 months of nothing and excuses that "it's the market", Megan sold our house in 5 weeks. We were out of state co-owner clients selling a property and heard about Picket Fence Realty through a family friend up in the Chicagoland area. We decided to give them the listing and see how they did with minimal contact because of our out of state location. When we came in town to check how things were going we stopped by the property and they had everything labeled and identified as to what was important to help the sale move forward.
