My many years in sales, including in the real estate industry, I have found it is true that you can honestly love what you do and make a living at the same time. I realize my task at hand when clients trust me with one of the biggest decisions of their life – the sale or purchase of a home, and welcome it.

Having grown up in Mount Prospect, I have a special place in my heart as to the type of neighborhoods that exist in the northwest suburbs. The small community feel of these areas while still being so accessible to life in the city has always been a main attraction to me. It is for this reason that I love showing people the opportunity of living in such wonderful areas, while still meeting their needs and the needs of their family.

When looking for a brokerage house, things important to me included continued training, experience in the industry, complete market knowledge in my areas of interest and of course, for those of you who know me, a place with a good sense of humor and friendly faces every day. I am confident that I work with a great team that is just the right fit!  In 2005, I decided to take my career to the next level by getting my broker's license, the highest licensing an agent can receive in the industry. This decision, which most agent's receive to open their own business, was in my mind the only way to show my clients the true dedication I have to making myself the best agent possible. This dedication, I believe, has led me to be named, by my managing brokers and owners of Picket Fence Realty, top producing agents for the years 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009. 

 

Working at Picket Fence Realty truly is the right place for me.  It is an office that prides itself on integrity, ethics and knowing how to do the job right.  I guess that is why we can officially say that according to the Multiple Listing Service, no one sells more homes in Mount Prospect than Picket Fence Realty!  But I don't just stop there.  If you look in the Buying and Selling sections of this website, you will see I have sold all over the Chicagoland area and had great successes doing so!  Never be afraid to call...I love my job so much, I have equipped myself with the tools and technology to be able to do it in all areas of the Chicagoland area, just like any franchise out there.

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional – integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

 

That said, in my experience as a real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

 

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
